1. Overview

At AsaanDeals Electronics, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item and receive a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

• Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation email.
• Faulty or Wrong Item: If the product arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, it qualifies for a full refund including shipping.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival:

• Consumables (e.g., Cosmetics, batteries once used)
• Personalized, custom‑built, or special‑order electronics
• Software with a tamper‑evident seal that has been broken

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Log In & Request: Sign in to your AsaanDeals account and go to “My Orders.” Click “Request Return” next to the item.
2. Select Reason: Choose the reason (e.g., “Changed my mind,” “Defective,” “Wrong item received”).
3. Confirm Pickup: Our logistics partner will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a pickup.
4. Pack Securely: Re‑pack the product—including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging—to prevent damage during transit.

5. Return Shipping Cost

• Defective/Wrong Item: We cover all return shipping and pickup charges.
• Change of Mind: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Inspection & Approva

Once we receive your return:

1. We’ll inspect the product to verify its condition and completeness.
2. We’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection within 3 business days.

7. Refund Proces

• Approved Returns: Refunds are issued within 5 business days of inspection approval.
• Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method:
  • Cash on Delivery / Post‑Payment: A bank transfer or store credit will be issued.
  • Online Payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Wallet): Amount will be reversed to your card or wallet.
• Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or missing parts, we may offer a partial refund or deny the return.

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different model or color:

1. Initiate a return for the original item.
2. Place a new order for the desired item (you may enjoy promotional pricing if still valid).
3. Upon inspection of the returned item, any price difference or refund will be processed as above.

9. Warranty & Repairs

• Products under manufacturer warranty beyond our return window are handled directly through the brand’s service centers.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of inspection approval, first check your bank account or wallet.
